With 700m2 built it houses a private floor with 4 bedrooms, a ground floor guest and a basement housing a gym / Hammam / and a cinema room ... The swimming pool overlooks the ground floor on a console that rises from the floor, providing an infinity effect and immersing the private space of the house in a relaxing atmosphere.

The lower garden has been designed to offer the necessary privacy to the residence, with a variety of spectacular lush plants, the choice of plants was made on a local but also exotic palette. The clean lines of the house are reminiscent of the work of Frank Lloyd White, the pioneer of residential architecture.
