Terraccota house

Specially designed to be built in Marrakech, the conception of this Villa was above all guided by the climate of the zone; its orientation, its overflowing volumes allow to reduce considerably the contributions in outside heat. The position of the water features surrounding the house, to increase the cooling power and stabilize the interior temperature in a natural and efficient way. The villa blends into its context with its earthy color which is also inspired by the OCRE city of Marrakech.

Its rounded forms soften its volume while offering a strong and unique character to the residence. The entrance is defined as a royal entrance punctuated by lush vegetation on each side of the main driveway. An asymmetrical symmetry disturbs the eye of the visitor and becomes an eye-catching element in the mind. 

The villa has been thought for the client to receive many people, two pavilions around a central element, the right pavilion with its double heights, its infinite terraces and its large lounges is dedicated entirely to guests; it contains 3 guest rooms, 1 Moroccan lounge, 3 European living roomounges, a dining room, a fireplace corner, a library, a bar, 4 bathrooms and finally a lot of harmony. 

The one on the left is dedicated to the family, a house apart, with a SPA corner (hammam and massage rooms) and a leisure corner (games room, cinema room, bowling).
